pak355 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pak355", "we", "us", "our" refers to the pak355 platform and the entity operating it under its international gaming license.
• "Platform" means the pak355 website, mobile-optimised web application, and all associated services accessible via pak355.com.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pak355 Platform.
• "Account" means the personal user account created by a Player upon successful registration on pak355.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's pak355 Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits credited to a Player's Account, subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Games" means all casino, live dealer, sports betting, crash, and other wagering products available on the pak355 Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any Game or sporting event through pak355.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process pak355 is required to conduct on Players.

By accessing the pak355 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pak355 with respect to your use of the Platform.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, conditions, or policies applicable to individual Games, promotions, or payment methods available on pak355. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any Game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

To register and maintain an Account on pak355, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pak355 operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of pak355 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have previously had an Account suspended or terminated by pak355 for a breach of these Terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

pak355 conducts KYC verification on all Accounts. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any time pak355 deems necessary.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the pak355 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information and must update it promptly if any details change. pak355 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your Account information current.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passcodes.
• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify pak355 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• pak355 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other unsolicited communication.

pak355 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.

All transactions on pak355 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak355 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Available methods may be updated from time to time at pak355's discretion.

• Deposits are credited to your Balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited within seconds of confirmation.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit into your pak355 Account, subject to KYC verification.
• pak355 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds before processing withdrawals.
• Withdrawals may be subject to processing times depending on the payment method selected. pak355 will communicate estimated timelines within the Account dashboard.
• pak355 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own charges — pak355 is not responsible for third-party fees.

pak355 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to Players. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms when accepted.

• Bonus Funds are distinct from real-money Balance. Wagering requirements must be met before Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, wagering requirements apply to Bonus Funds before withdrawal of any related winnings.
• pak355 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to the creation of multiple Accounts to claim bonuses — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Bonuses are offered to Players for personal entertainment purposes only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

Each Game available on the pak355 Platform is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the Game interface. By placing a Wager on any Game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. In all cases, the outcome of each Game is determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer Games, by real-time results from a regulated studio environment.

• Bets placed and accepted by pak355's system are final and binding. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after confirmation.
• In the event of a system error, software malfunction, or disconnection during a Game, pak355's records shall be the authoritative source for determining Game outcomes. pak355 is not liable for losses arising from technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
• Winnings are credited to your Account Balance upon settlement of the relevant Game or sporting event.
• pak355 reserves the right to void any Bet placed in error or as a result of a manifest pricing error, software glitch, or abuse of a system vulnerability.

For sports betting markets, including PSL cricket betting, all markets are governed by the specific settlement rules published for each sport and league. In the event of event cancellation, postponement, or force majeure, pak355's published settlement rules for that sport will apply.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak355 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on pak355.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with Games or the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or any form of match-fixing in sports betting markets.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or criminal activity.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or other Players' experience.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the pak355 Platform, software, or content.

pak355 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all Players. Gaming on pak355 is intended as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. If gaming ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial or personal difficulties, pak355 encourages Players to use the responsible gaming tools available within the Platform.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account to manage spending.
• Session Limits: Players may restrict the amount of time spent on the Platform within a given period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may apply for a self-exclusion period through their Account settings or by contacting pak355 customer support.
• Reality Checks: The Platform provides periodic reminders of time spent during gaming sessions.

All content on the pak355 Platform — including but not limited to the pak355 name, logo, trademarks, software, design, graphics, text, images, and game content — is the exclusive property of pak355 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. No other rights in or to the Platform or its content are granted to you. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any Platform content without pak355's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak355 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of gaming opportunity — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the pak355 Platform.

• pak355 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• pak355 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• pak355's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pak355 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pak355 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or provision of fraudulent identity documents.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed payment instruction from a Player's payment provider.
• At the Player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

In the event of Account closure for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money Balance remaining after deducting any applicable Bonus Funds and outstanding wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting pak355 customer support. Requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Account closure does not waive any obligations you owe to pak355 that arose prior to closure.

pak355 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pak355 will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the pak355 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Clause 12.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pak355's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any dispute as to their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral bodies designated under pak355's licensing framework.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are required to raise the matter with pak355 customer support and allow a reasonable period for resolution. pak355 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly through its internal complaints procedure. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated through the dispute resolution mechanism provided by pak355's licensing authority.
